Hi there!
I am Veronica Cantu, and I am your Patient Care Representative.
My role at OSR is to ensure that all of OSR's patient questions and needs are being addressed and their therapy is running smoothly.
I am here to address any questions or concerns that you may have - anything from what is physical therapy, what can it do for me, or what will my appointment be like?
Whatever your question is, I am here to provide answers and peace of mind, no matter what stage of your treatment you're in. Think of me your behind-the-scenes advocate and resource!
Periodically I'll be checking in on you throughout your treatment to make sure that you're seeing good results and that feel comfortable and welcomed when you visit OSR.
I'd love to be able to answer your questions, hear your suggestions and pass along your feedback to your therapist, the front office staff or even your physician.
Some quick notes about me:
- I've been working for OSR since April of 2006
- Originally from the San Francisco Bay area
- Lived in Anthem for 4 years. A die hard SF Giants Fan, AZ Cardinals & Beatles fan. They are my 3 loves.....along with OSR of course
- I write the OSR Newsletter
- I manage OSR's internal public relations. (contests, promotions, encourage patient involvement through social networking like Twitter, flickr, etc. )
- I am also a trained Physical Therapy Tech, which means I can assist our Physical Therapists in treating patients
- I enjoy being involved with OSR's community involvement initiatives in Anthem and its surrounding communities.
- I am also on the Committee for American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, serving as Entertainment Chair. This is my 4thyear being a part of Relay. Last year I was OSR's Team Captain to over 35 members and it is an event that is very close to me. I work hard to fund raise and raise cancer awareness year round.
