New Anthem Clinic Is A Big Hit with Patients!

Our new Anthem clinic has been fully operational since August 1st. During the last weekend of July, members of the OSR staff came together to move the clinic. We were pleased to have patients, community members, and even a physician lend a hand in moving us! It is very nice to see how many people support OSR and are excited to see the change of venue. Our patients comment daily on the larger size, improved layout and overall good feel of the new space. If you have not seen our new location please feel free to stop in anytime - we’d love to show you around. In addition to the clinic, our new facility also houses the OSR Corporate Offices and additional physicians’ office space. We are also pleased to have with us Acupuncture at Anthem and Massage by Amy, two local businesses that have been with us for years and are adjusting well to the new space. Orthopedic surgeon Amon Ferry M.D of Valley Orthopedics has also made the move, currently seeing his patients in our physician office suite. Dr. Ferry has recently become the official team doctor for Boulder Creek High School. We are so pleased to have lasting relationships with such excellent providers. Have Children?

Our North Phoenix & Gilbert patients can bring their kids to therapy! Mountainside Fitness offers childcare for our OSR patients for only $3 an hour! This is a great resource that our patients are able to take advantage of. For all of you stay-at-home parents who find it difficult to schedule your therapy, please take a look at Mountainside’s fantastic childcare system. They will accept newborns up to 12 years of age. Just stop in to our North Phoenix or Gilbert location and we’ll give you a tour!

Win a Trip!

We have started collecting entry forms for the next session of our Win a Trip Promotion. We are giving away a different trip each quarter to one lucky patient and their guest. When you refer a friend or family member to OSR and they become a patient, your name will be entered into the drawing. You can enter as many times as you want! For example, if you refer 5 people, then your name would be entered 5 times! At the end of each quarter we will pick a winner and the winner will have the choice of a trip ($500 value). It could be you!

New Leadership at North Phoenix

We are excited to announce some big changes at our North Phoenix location. Kyle Bergeson, PT, DPT (Physical Therapist, formaly at our Anthem clinic) has been promoted to Clinic Director of our North Phoenix clinic. Patients and staff alike are very excited for this transition, so feel free to stop in to say Hi and Congratulations to Kyle in his new OSR home.

Entering his second year with OSR, Kyle is a native of Arizona and earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in 2006. He furthered his education at the Arizona School of Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. Kyle has experience working with a wide spectrum of patients from professional athletes to the neurologically impaired, having interned with both the Milwaukee Brewers and Barrow Neurological Institute.

OSR N. Phoenix represents the second expansion site and the first clinic located within a Mountainside Fitness Center. Robin, Suzie & Amanda team up with Kyle to provide their patients with a welcoming, personalized and effective treatment environment, consistent with the “OSR Standard”. Our N. Phoenix clinic will continue to develop relationships and build strong ties within Mountainside and the local community. They will continue to offer numerous additional services, including assisted stretching, Quik-Stim packages, and OSR Metabolic Assessments.
