December 2009
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year 2009 from OSR Physical Therapy!!
Once again, the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season is upon us! I wanted to take a few minutes and write to you, our "OSR extended family," and wish you the best at this time of the year and give you a quick year in review and a look into 2010 as we move closer to the next decade.
Over the past year, we have experienced some amazing changes in our business as we knew it. I wrote to you last year about the opening of our second facility in North Phoenix. I did not know at that time that I would be writing to you this year with the news that we have opened two more OSR clinics in Peoria and Gilbert! We were given the opportunity to work with Mountainside Fitness and were fortunate enough to be able to create and develop our second Mountainside facility in SE Gilbert. Our fourth office had been in the works and is a free-standing facility in the Plaza del Lago medical complex in Peoria.
With all the construction and dust settling came new faces at each of our facilities. We have all gotten to know each other pretty well, even being spread out now across the Valley. 50 of us made it to our Christmas Party with our spouses and significant others and had a great time getting to know each other better. Behind a growing business can only be good people, and I can truly say that we have the best in all parts of our business, and we are fortunate to have each and every one of them. I wish I could name each one here and tell you a little about them, but space is limited and I could write so much I'm sure. I'll invite you to stop in and say hello at any of our facilities or take a look at our website and see all the new faces of OSR! Above: Aaron with his Anthem office staff, Diane, Jenna, Joan & Veronica. Our Holiday party was held on 12/5/09 at Pinnacle Peak Patio in Scottsdale, AZ
As a group, we have continued to be able to give back to the communities who have supported us in so many ways. We have participated in the Anthem Relay for Life each and every year it has taken place, and have been able to support local charities like We Care at Anthem and Water for Our World, in order to try and be a small part of making a bigger difference. We have sponsored little league teams and individuals striving for scholarships or wanting to do some volunteer work. We know that the only reason we are here is because we have had such great patients to work with and communities that have come to know us the place to go when there is a need in there life for physical therapy.
Personally, my wife Kori and I are trying to keep up with our two little girls, Emma and Sophie, now 3 and 18 months, respectively. They are a joy to us every day and we are so thankful to have them in our lives! We are enjoying figuring out how to be parents and all that comes with it. I can tell you, however, that both of them know how to get what they want from their daddy - just look at me wrong and I melt!
We are all looking forward to what will come in the next year, 2010. I don't know that I will be writing to you next year with the news of more clinics, but I know that we will continue to be the best that we can be and will always strive to deliver the best care that we know how to give!
We feel so blessed and fortunate to live in a country where we have the freedoms that we have, like writing this letter to you and being able to live like we do. We hope that the next year is filled with happiness and prosperity for each of you. From all of us at OSR Physical Therapy, we wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year 2010!
Sincerely,
Aaron Williams, PT, DPT, CSCS
