OSR Physical Therapy is excited about offering the Atheletic Performance
Metabolic Assessments previously available only to elite and Olympic
athletes. With these tests our therapists can accurately measure your
metabolic profile and specifically design a training regiment based on your
specific individual physiology.
- Active Exercise Assessment - V02, Optimal Heart Rate Training Zones,
Aerobic Base, Anaerobic Threshold (AT)
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) - Provides the exact caloric intake to
meet daily needs
