Peoria Officials Celebrate OSR Physical Therapy’s West Valley Clinic Grand Opening September 12th
PHOENIX, Arizona—August 27, 2009—OSR Physical Therapy announced today the Grand Opening Celebration of its new 2500 sq ft. Peoria clinic. Peoria City Officials will preside over the official ribbon cutting ceremony.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 12th, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. OSR’s Peoria clinic is located at 9784 W. Yearling Rd., Bldg. B, Suite. 1520. This is the NW corner of Lake Pleasant and Yearling Roads, just north of the Happy Valley/Lake Pleasant intersection.

ABOUT OSR PHYSICAL THERAPY
Orthopedic & Sport Rehab (OSR) Physical Therapy was founded in 2002 in Anthem, AZ, by Aaron Williams, PT, DPT, CSCS, OSR’s President/CEO.
In 2007 Aaron was awarded the "Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce at Anthem Small Business Person of the Year Award" for his local support of Anthem and the surrounding communities.
OSR has expanded to four clinics: Anthem, North Phoenix, Gilbert, and Peoria. The two clinics in North Phoenix and Gilbert are located inside the state-of-the-art Mountainside Fitness facilities.
