Here We Grow Again, OSR Expands to 4 Clinics!
As we come into the month of May, we have much to announce. For starters, we are pleased to announce the opening of our 4th clinic! Mountainside Fitness is opening a new state of the art facility in Gilbert, AZ and OSR will be inside their newest location. You can check out the new locations by clicking here.
With an opening date of May 30th, we definitely have our hands full in preparation for another expansion. It will be very similar to our North Phoenix location (off of Carefree Highway). This is a very exciting opportunity for us & we know we wouldn’t be here without your continued support. Thank you!!!
We want to welcome Jeremy Tuber as OSR’s Director of Marketing. Jeremy has been working closely with OSR for years now as a freelance marketer/designer. We also are very excited to have Bridget Brennen join our team. Bridget is a former OSR patient and will take over the reception position at our North Phoenix, Mountainside Fitness location. We are very excited to have these two be a part of our team.

Veronica Cantu
OSR's Patient Care Representative
To Veronica Cantu, OSR’s Patient Care Representative is originally from the San Francisco Bay area and has been working for OSR since April of 2006. As Patient Care Rep., Veronica’s role at OSR is to ensure that all patient questions and needs are being addressed and their therapy is running smoothly.
In addition to the role of Patient Care Rep. Veronica also has been responsible for running front desk operations at our N. Phoenix location (soon Peoria), as well as training new personnel for this role. Veronica also manages OSR’s internal public relations (contests, promotions, encourage patient involvement through social networking like Twitter, flickr, etc.), she writes the OSR Newsletter (not this spotlight though) and is also a trained Physical Therapy Tech, which means she can assist our Physical Therapists in treating patients!
Veronica has lived in Anthem for 4 years, is a die hard SF Giants, AZ Cardinals & Beatles fan. As she puts it, “My 3 loves...along with OSR of course.” She is also on the Committee for American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, serving as Entertainment Chair. This is will be her 4th year being a part of Relay - something she holds close to her.
Last year Veronica was OSR’s Team Captain to over 35 members and works hard to fund raise and raise cancer awareness year round.

His Final Rotation and Thoughts About Working with OSR
Anthony’s thoughts on his time with OSR
OSR hosts several clinical rotations for physical therapy students throughout the year. It is always a joy to share our knowledge and experience with the future physical therapist of America. Anthony Stannard, a PT student in his 4th year at NAU, experiences his final rotation with OSR.
Here is a little on what he had to say about his experience.
"I have been fortunate to spend the last 8 weeks performing a clinical rotation at OSR in Anthem under the guidance of Mike Beebe and Aaron Williams. These 8 weeks of experience have been invaluable in preparing me to begin my career as a physical therapist. I was really impressed at the interpersonal approach the entire staff takes upon themselves to provide each and every patient the highest quality of care.
“The treatment patients receive at OSR goes above and beyond each physical therapist’s highly developed clinical skills. Each patient receives individualized care that meets or exceeds their specific needs or goals. The Anthem clinic offers a very skilled and dynamic group of therapists where patients will certainly have a very positive experience.
”Physical therapy at OSR is a unique experience that I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. Keep it up OSR!!"
- Anthony Stannard DPT, CSCS
