Joan Thorpe
OSR's Accounts Receivable Manager
 This month we are spotlighting our employee Joan Thorpe. Joan is OSR’s Accounts Receivable Manager and works in our Anthem office. Joan has been with OSR since August of 2008.
Before coming to work for us, she was working in the billing department for 3 years at DeRosa Physical Therapy in Flagstaff, AZ. Joan first entered the world of medical billing while working from home when her kids were very young.
Joan has 4 children ages ranging from 23-10 years old. She moved to Anthem last August with her fiancée Don. Joan admits to missing Flagstaff but enjoys being closer to her family and riding the rollercoaster of growth here at OSR. When Joan is not busy fighting with insurance companies, her and Don enjoy hiking with their 3 dogs surrounded by the Arizona sunset. You can also find them on the dance floor 2-stepping their way to the sounds of Country Music.
Joan loves working for OSR and is impressed by its enthusiasm for quality rehabilitation. Next time you have a question in regards to billing, Joan Thorpe has the answers!
Our Gilbert and Peoria Locations are Up and Running - Ready to Take Patients
Our Peoria & Gilbert clinics have been up and running for a few weeks now.
We have been busy trying to acquaint ourselves with the surrounding communities & their businesses.

Can Bring Their Kids to Therapy
 Mountainside Fitness offers childcare for our OSR patients at only $3 an hour! This is a great resource that our patients are able to take advantage of.
For all of you stay at home parents who find it difficult to schedule your therapy, please take a look at Mountainside‘s fantastic childcare system. They will accept newborns up to 12 years of age!
Reminder: All current & past OSR patients are eligible for a 10% discount on their Mountainside membership at our Carefree & Gilbert locations. Please see any of our front desk personnel for your form.
