OSR Welcomes a New Employee
Who Already is “Family”
July is here, and that means that the summer is half over. Hooray! Hopefully everyone has been keeping cool & staying healthy. OSR has all four clinics open and we have had the pleasure of meeting and treating new people all over the Valley. We’d like to thank you for allowing us to help you get stronger, healthier, and back to the life you want. 
None of this would have been possible without your help. Thank you!
OSR welcomes another new employee. Tyler Williams joins the OSR family by managing the office operations and outside marketing at our Gilbert location, located in Mountainside Fitness. Of course Tyler was always in the family; he is Aaron’s older brother!
In addition to running the Gilbert location, Tyler has years of construction expertise and has helped build all of the OSR clinics. We are so excited to have him and his talents on board!
Cory Rohren
Physical Therapy Technician
 This month we are spotlighting our employee Cory Rohren. Cory is a full-time Physical Therapy Technician in our Anthem clinic.
He recently moved here from Nebraska with his wife Sara. Both were born and raised in Nebraska. After they were married 2 years ago, they began looking for a new adventure out west. The Rohren’s didn’t have to wait for long. Sara was offered a teaching position at Cross of Christ School in Anthem and is currently serving as the director of the Pre-K program.
Cory graduated from the University of Concordia College in 2005 with a degree in Sports Management & Business. He enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid basketball player. Cory very much enjoys working at OSR. Helping people heal and get back to their full potential is something that he takes great pride in. Cory and Sara are getting the most out of this wonderful Arizona weather.
On their off time, you can find them taking hikes with their dog, “Cooper”, eating out, or staying cool at the movies. We are very happy to have Cory be a part of the OSR team! Great job, Cory.
 Good Luck and Best Wishes to OSR Physical Therapy Tech., and Our Friend, Terry - You Will Be Missed
We are very sad to announce that our friend and colleague, Terry Donatto, will be leaving OSR to pursue other endeavors. He has been a Physical Therapy Tech. at our Anthem clinic for a year and a half now and we have enjoyed every moment.
Terry has decided to take his personal training business to the next level and we couldn’t be happier for him. With his delightful sense of humor, motivating spirit, and great big smile, Terry has brightened up our clinic in many ways.
He will be missed by all - staff and patients alike. Good luck, Terry, to you and your family. OSR thanks you for all of your
hard work!
 Our Gilbert and Peoria Locations are Up and Running - Ready to Take Patients
Our Peoria & Gilbert clinics have been up and running for a few weeks now.
We have been busy trying to acquaint ourselves with the surrounding communities & their businesses.
If you know anyone in these areas who is looking for some outstanding physical therapy, please send them our way.

Summer Referral Program
Go to Starbucks or the Movies On Us
 Our Summer Referral Program is in full swing - we’re handing out gift cards left and right! We’re finding that both our past and current patients have been referring their friends and family to us for treatment.
Remember that for each referral you can choose either Starbucks or Harkins Theater cards, and there are no restrictions to the number of times you can refer and receive a gift card.
If you have any questions regarding this program, please do not hesitate to give us a call at any of our locations. This program will be running until the end of August.
